INTERNAL SALES

Duties would include the following: 

  • Sales, Quoting customers, Dealing with Customer queries.
  • The candidate must enjoy sales and working all types of customers
  • They must deliver proficient customer service. 
  • We require a Sales track record.
  • Well Groomed.
  • Well Spoken.
  • Good Time Keeping.
  • The candidate must be Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
  • The candidate must be able to speak, read and write fluently (preferably English/Afrikaans)
  • Matric / Grade 12

Administration Controller - Port Elizabeth

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD:

Have relevant qualification in the financial/ debtors field
Have a high level of personal and professional integrity
Be computer literate with advanced experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Have previous experience in Great Plains
Be self motivated, organised and able to work independently     THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL:   Exceptional experinec in advanced admin and financial controls
Knowledge and understanding of the National Credit Act
Must be able to converse in English and Afrikaans
High level of customer relations     DUTIES INCLUDE:   Daily admin and reconciliation of debtors records
Obtaining credit control information for the preparation, completion and finalisation of credit applicants
Liasing with customers regarding account queries
Deadline based mid month, month end and credit control reports

Micro Store Lab Supervisor - Port Elizabeth

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD:

Have Grade 12 qualification
Have relevant micro store and lab experience
Tertiary qualification would be an advantage
High level of computer literacy
Good analytical and numerical skills
Good organisational skills
Responsible and diligent
Ability to apply lab protocol and methodology
Knowledge of micro ingredients and experience in stock control thereof is a requirement
Pro active and able to use own initiative
Good understanding of customer needs   KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:   Plan, control and co-ordinate micro store and lab operations and stock
Implementation and up keeping of current and new systems with regards to quality control
Monitor NIR analysis
Environmental and feed swabs for salmonella programOverseeing daily reporting, record keeping and screening of samples
Controlling of monthly expenses
Prepeare purchase orders and receipting therof
Daily liasing with nutritionist regarding required changes
Factory Administrator - Port Elizabeth

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL REQUIRE:

Preferably a diploma/ degree qualification
Database and/ or IT experience advantagous
Experience in a feed/ mill and / or production environment will be advantagous
Ability to formulate systems, collect and design database of information and administration
Excellent understanding of MS Office programs
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self motivated, energetic appraoch to work, ability to work under pressure and independantly   KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:   Administrate production and shift reports
Adminstrator of time and attendence system
Preparartion of daily, weekly and monthly production and maintenence reports
Attend to Pragma capturing and correct allocation of preventative maintenence planning schedule
Support site with IT systems and monitoring daily back ups of servers
General administration and ad-hoc factory staff co-ordination
 
Orders / Logistics Controller - Port Elizabeth

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE REQUIRES:

Grade 12 qualification
3 years working experience in a customer or logistics environment
The ability to handle high pressure situations and meet deadlines
Computer litearcy with expereince in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in Great Plains will be advantagous
Assertiveness and a high level of attention to detail
Self motivated, organised and able to work independantly
Outstanding customer liason skills
Fluency in English and Afrikaans
Excellent telephone manners   DUTIES INCLUDE:   Daily contact with customers
Taking of orders and processing thereof on accounting system
Feedback to relevant manager regarding deliveries and adherence to schedules
Liasing with departments involved in the orders and delivery process
On call support after hours as required
