5 Third Avenue Guesthouse

5 Third Avenue Guesthouse, also known as “accommodation airport”, located in the garden suburb of Walmer, is the closest of any form of accommodation to the Port Elizabeth airport.

We offer clean and comfortable self-catering and B&B accommodation in 8 private rooms each with two single beds beds (queen size and double also available), shower-en-suite and kitchenette which is equipped with fridge, microwave oven, 2 plate stove, kettle, toaster and cutlery / crockery. Each room also has a ceiling fan, heater, TV with M-Net. A third fold-out bed can be added for a nominal charge. Wi-Fi is available designated areas. Internet is available in reception.

The accommodation is set back from the road which makes for a quiet oasis close to major amenities. Six of our rooms look out over the pool and braai (bbq) lapa area. A family unit with 1 double bed and a fold out couch is also available.

R300 per room per night for one person and R390 for two people. A room sleeps 2 people. A 3rd fold out mattress can be added for R60 (child) or a single bed for R100 per night.

Breakfast at R50 per person and lunch and dinner also available on request.
